Batchoy, less commonly spelled batsoy, is a noodle soup made with pork offal, crushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles. Its origins can be traced to the district of La Paz, Iloilo City in the Philippines, hence it is often referred to as La Paz Batchoy.

We specialize in cooking homemade authentic Filipino food. One of our specialities is Batchoy which originated in the district of Iloilo city. Batchoy is a hearty dish which most people would consider comfort food and we are proud to deliver our family recipe to the local community. We also serve pancit, lumpia, pancit molo, lechon kawali, halo halo, leche flan, and egg pie!
CHEF MIKE DINULOS
At the young age of 12, Chef Mike's passion for cooking already began to grow. In the city of Iloilo, Philippines, He was found learning how to cook his first dish, "Adobo". from his mother Jeanne. In 1995 she opened "Ilonggo Delicacies" in Los Angeles. A small but sweet restaurant that served many. As Mike's passion continued to grow. He studied and worked long difficult hours and graduated Culinary Arts to expand his horizons with different cooking styles. With his increasing involvement in the restaurant, her eventually inherited the family business and continued to master the recipes, also making sure his fire and passion are passed down to his children.
It has always been his dream to run the family restaurant, a place where you feel love as you walk through the door and right when the fine tuned recipes meet your palate.
